On February 1, 2024, The Ohio Society of CPAs (OSCPA) announced the formation of the Ohio Accounting Talent Coalition. The coalition is an industry-sector partnership designed to manage Ohio's accounting workforce strategy.

According to a public announcement made by the OSCPA,

"The work of the coalition is focused on increasing the number of individuals exploring careers in accounting; increasing the number of students completing educational pathways in accounting and entering the accounting workforce; increasing the number of candidates eligible for and pursuing CPA licensure; and increasing the retention of early career accounting professionals.

Coalition founders include organizations of every size and sector, including academia, nonprofit, public accounting, government, and business and industry."

Kaiser Consulting is proud to join with other key stakeholders as a founding member of the coalition and looks forward to helping to build a strong and diverse pipeline of accounting professionals to meet Ohio's increasing need for accountants and CPAs.
