Additionally, Alison held the top tax management position at a Central Ohio, highly rated nonprofit healthcare system, and a newly created, dual-role position of Chief Financial and Administrative Officer (CFAO) at a regional nonprofit economic development organization. As senior tax manager for a $20 billion Big Ten land-grant public university and medical center with a 67,000+ student enrollment and 60,000+ employees, her simultaneous responsibilities included managing the tax department and directing the Form 990 reporting, tax compliance for income, sales, and excise taxes, and managing payroll tax compliance for the entire university and medical center.

Alison has a demonstrated aptitude for navigating complex multi-entity organizations and complicated engagements. As a project manager, she has tackled intricate projects, including a unique multi-million-dollar payroll tax refund, a multi-legal-entity unclaimed funds reporting process, and the development of multiple processes to meet newly introduced and rapidly changing IRS compliance metrics.
