On a Lighter Note

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
I am blessed with an athletic family, so we enjoy all sports, both playing and watching. My husband and I also like traveling to watch our kids play all over the country.

If you could interview one person, who would it be?
I would be honored to interview Rosa Parks. What an amazing, strong, and fearless woman who changed our country's path.

Have you ever participated in a physically or mentally challenging activity?
Yes, I have run three full marathons. Training for and then running marathons was how I got back in shape after having each of my children. I was surprised to learn that the mental health benefits of the training were more beneficial than the physical health benefits.
